Ev Rickshaw Rear Disc Assembly

Ev Rickshaw Rear Disc Assembly
DISCRIPTION
- Disc Brake Rotor Similar to front disc brakes, the rear disc brake assembly includes a disc brake rotor. This rotor is typically mounted on the rear wheel hub and rotates with the wheel. When the brakes are applied, brake pads press against the rotor’s surface, creating friction to slow down or stop the vehicle.
- Brake Caliper: The brake caliper houses the brake pads and is responsible for applying pressure to them. In the case of rear disc brakes on an e-rickshaw, there may be one or two calipers mounted on either side of the rotor. When the brake pedal or lever is activated, hydraulic pressure or mechanical force is applied to the caliper, causing the brake pads to squeeze against the rotor.
